Applying to Graduate

- KIN Advising has approved all graduating BKIN students for November graduation in mid-August.
- To check your eligibility go to Workday → Academics → Views my Academic Progress
- If students want to double-check their status and confirm in writing that they are good to graduate based on their current courses they can email kin.advising@ubc.ca
1. Students completing all of their BKIN requirements this Winter session (either in Term 1 or 2), will apply for graduation through Workday → Academics → Graduation → Apply for Program Completion
2. Applications open December 16th, 2024
3. Deadline is February 24th, 2025
Degree requirements must be completed by April 2025

Photos

- Ensure you get your photos taken before the deadline - February 14th, 2025.
- Book a date and time online with Evangelo’s (3-4 weeks in advance).
*You are welcome to take your photos with another service, however you will not be able to get your photo on the composite if you do so*
There is a mandatory $45 CASH deposit that is refundable with receipt!
